The location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible for commuting to business meetings. The cleanliness of the rooms, washrooms, and beds were pleasing. the parking facilities were ample and sufficient for guests with vehicles.

The staff lacked professionalism and hotel industry experience. Room service was poor, taking an excessive amount of time to fulfill simple requests such as providing a glass for drinking water.

The hotel is situated in the city center, providing easy access to nearby attractions. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and parking is ample. Some guests also reported a good hot water supply and comfortable beds.

Some staff members were found to be difficult to deal with, leading to unnecessary stress during check-in and check-out.

The buffet breakfast at Lokal Rooms X Shahrah-E-Faisal was delicious and had a nice variety of options. The location was ideal, with easy access to main roads for convenient commuting. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. I felt safe inside the guarded compound. The management was open to feedback and eager to improve their services.

The hot buffet items could have been hotter and it would have been nice to have fresh juice available. Additionally, more storage space like a wardrobe or drawers would have been helpful.
